Training Options
1:1 Training Sessions
For our one on one lessons, we come to your home and help you teach basic to advanced obedience with your dog. Some small behavioral issues can be corrected, such as leash reactivity, but this is subject to trainer evaluation. This is perfect for people who want to learn the training process and have time to spend with their dogs between lessons. Each week, we’ll go over a command, I will teach you how to train your dog to perform the task, and until the next lesson, you will train your dog, and we’ll review the task when I return. The beauty of this program is it’s very tailored to your dog and you learn the process of managing any tasks and unwanted behaviors. 1:1 lessons are $75/session, with a minimum of 5 sessions. Ecollar and prong collars are utilized and are not included in the cost of the program.
Board & Train
Board and trains are for busier individuals or dogs with more advanced issues. Board and trains have a three week minimum, and we will work your dog daily, sending updates throughout. Your dog will have advanced obedience upon completion. Board and trains are ideal for behavior modification for challenging issues such as aggression and extreme reactivity. Upon completion of your board and train, we will complete a send home reviewing everything your dog learned during their time with us, how to operate an Ecollar, and how to utilize the training. Board and trains include a year’s worth of follow up sessions, typically completed in your home pending location. A 3-week board and train is $2000, a 4-week is $2500. Length of board and train is dependent on the specific dog's goals.
Board & Title
Board and title programs are perfect for busy breeders who are interested in putting titles on their dog but don’t have the time and skillset. Several different titles are offered, from basics like the CGC to an IGP1 and BH. Show ratings and Fast CAT titled can also be offered during a board and title, pending the availability of shows and trials in the area during the board and title. Board and titles for protection work are 6+ weeks, for more basic titles, 3+ weeks. Dogs who are coming for board and title will be evaluated by a trainer to see if the dog has an aptitude for sports. Pricing is available upon request.
